1. Purposes of processing
1.1. The processing will concern:

b) E-mail address, telephone number;
1.2 The purposes for which you are requested to provide the data are the following:
a) management of estimate enquiries and response;
b) promotion, also through the sending of information materials, newsletters, etc, on the activities of CDS in the field of occupational medicine.
2. Forms of processing
The processing of personal data may consist in, in addition to their collection, their recording, storage, modification, communication and deletion, and will be performed, also using electronic means, by the personnel of CDS.
3. Consequences of refusing to provide data
The provision of the data for the purposes indicated in 1.2 a) is compulsory for the purposes of responding to an enquiry. A refusal to provide the above data will thus make it impossible for CDS to respond to the enquiry.
The provision of the data for the purposes indicated in 1.2 b) is optional.
4. Limitation on transfer of data
The personal data collected will not be communicated to third parties.
